I wish I'd had the opportunity to work more closely with Andrew as, on the odd occasion that our paths crossed, he was so kind, thoughtful, calm, and above all, ready to listen to all points of view no matter who expressed them. What a lovely human being. I am so very sorry to hear of this awful news. Sincere condolences to Andrew's family.
